HOW I AM

With more than 14 years of experience, Dr. Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Júnior, advocates with absolute loyalty and professionalism in the defense of the interests of individuals and legal entities, in different areas of Law.

During his trajectory, he conciliated humanized and specialized service to individuals associated with the work of large, medium and small law firms; coordinated team of interns; he mentored newly graduated lawyers; provided legal and operational advice to legal directors and business partner owners; had the opportunity to work in cooperation with institutions from various states of Brazil.

Without forgetting his social responsibility, Dr. Luiz Henrique performed, for six years, voluntary work as a legal advisor at the First Baptist Church of Niterói. During the period, he served as a charity in social projects as a lawyer and also worked as an interpreter for groups of America’s mission team in community day care centers in the city. The affection and gratitude for the service developed has remained for over ten years. To this day, Dr. Luiz Henrique maintains contact with some of the foreign exchange students.

Believing that responsibility is inseparable from commitment, Dr. Luiz Henrique constantly seeks professional qualification and updating. In 2004, he graduated in Law from the Salgado de Oliveira University. The following year, he became a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Section Rio de Janeiro, qualified to act as a lawyer. Since 2016, Dr. Luiz Henrique holds the title of specialist in Municipal Public Management from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), where he currently holds another specialization, now in Public Administration Management. In addition, also by UFF, Dr. Luiz Henrique participates in the distance education tutoring course (EAD).

Following the market dynamics and encouraged by entrepreneurship, in 2018 he decided to establish your own firm the Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Júnior Sociedade Individual de Advocacia, in the certainty that the legal framework acquired over the years has much to contribute to the success of legal issues both in Brazil and abroad.

Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Júnior Sociedade Individual de Advocacia is in full activity, with an office at a strategic point in the downtown area of the city of Niterói, 20 minutes from the city of Rio de Janeiro’s Central Forum. Through partnerships with renowned lawyers and law firms in the national legal scenario, the company operates throughout the State of Rio de Janeiro, as well as in other federal units in the country.
